Responsibilities

• Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes.
• Assist in maintaining the department and treatment area.
• Participate in patient care and rehabilitation conference.
• Instruct families or staff in home programs and caregiver training.
• Report equipment problems and ensure safe operation.
• Communicate patient progress with supervisor and health team.
