Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapist with patient treatments.
• Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes.
• Maintain treatment area and equipment.
• Instruct families or caregivers in maintenance and discharge prep.
• Participate in patient care conferences and team trainings.
• Report changes per policy and procedure.
