Riverview, LLP is seeking a Licensed Staff Physical Therapy Assistant to support the PT team in patient care. You will document treatment notes, assist with conference activities, and help maintain the department and treatment area. You’ll train nursing staff and families in discharge-related plans as needed.

The role requires effective communication with the care team, adherence to policies, and the ability to handle physical demands while supporting patient progress and safety.

Qualificações

• Licensed as a Staff Physical Therapy Assistant in the state.
• Proficient in Casamba and Point Click Care.
• Ability to read and comprehend policy and procedure manuals.
• Able to relate positively with patients, families, staff and colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Treat patients as directed by Physical Therapist.
• Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes.
• Assist in maintaining the department.
• Participate in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of treatment area.
• Communicate with supervisor and health team members regarding patient progress.
