Job summary

EVANTERRACE in is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant-1 (Healthcare) to support the Physical Therapy department. You will treat patients under the PT plan and document treatment notes, while assisting with department maintenance and training for Restorative Aides.

This role requires an active PTA license in the state, proficiency with Casamba and Point Click Care, and the ability to communicate with patients, families, and health-team members. Pay depends on experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state.
• Casamba and Point Click Care software experience.
• Must meet state continuing education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients as directed by the Physical Therapist and record treatment notes.
• Participate in patient care and rehabilitation conferences.
• Assist with training Restorative Aides and maintain treatment area.
• Communicate progress and issues with supervisors and health team.
• Instruct families or nursing staff in discharge plans and caregiver training.
