Innovate Rehab and Wellness is seeking a PRN Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility team in Ringgold, LA. The position offers flexible, as-needed shifts to promote work-life balance while focusing on providing one-on-one patient care.

Ideal candidates will possess an associate degree from an accredited PTA program and a valid state PTA license. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, leading rehabilitation activities, and monitoring patient progress to ensure optimal care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid state PTA license required for practice.
• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program needed.
• Prefer prior rehab or clinical experience, but new grads welcome.

Responsabilités

• Implement treatment plans created by the PT.
• Lead patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress and document findings.
