Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the team at Brighton Bay Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within this skilled nursing facility to help residents regain function and independence.

This PRN position offers a caring, collaborative environment with modern rehab facilities, flexible hours, and in-house therapy leadership. Florida PTA license required, SNF/post-acute experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
