Job summary

Step Up Brighton Bay Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN role inside the Skilled Nursing Facility, working in the dedicated therapy gym to help residents regain function and independence.

Requirements include an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) and SNF or post-acute experience preferred. We offer competitive pay, 401(k) with company match, and supportive leadership to sustain clinician well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
