Job summary

Brighton Bay Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join Step Up Rehab, working PRN inside our dedicated therapy gym at a Skilled Nursing Facility. The role focuses on helping residents regain function and independence with compassionate, skilled care.

Florida-licensed PTAs (or license-eligible) with SNF/post-acute experience are preferred. We offer a supportive team, modern rehab facilities, and competitive pay with benefits-waived rate

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license or license-eligible.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
