Job summary

Brighton Bay Center for Rehabilitation and Healing, Florida, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the Step Up Rehab team in our skilled nursing facility. This PRN role supports residents with skilled therapy to regain function.

You will provide PTA services and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a modern rehab gym, with competitive pay and increased rates when medical benefits are waived.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
