Continuum Rehab Group in Missouri is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our clinical team and provide rehabilitative care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will work with patients with physical functioning disorders, delivering evidence-based interventions and documenting progress.

This role offers consistent hours and a pay range of $36-$38 per hour, DOE, with opportunities to contribute to patient recovery and quality of life.

Formación

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in good standing.
• Open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Delivers skilled therapy services to patients needing rehabilitation.
• Assesses and documents patient progress, communicates with supervising PT to adjust treatments.
• Provides counseling to patients and families related to physical disorders.
• Contributes to discharge summaries of services provided per regulatory requirements.

Experience/Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant

This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.

Some duties for this position include:

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.

• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements under the supervision and direction of an Physical Therapist.

• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.

• Assesses and document patient's progress and communicates with supervising Physical Therapist to adjust treatments accordingly.

• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.

• Provides input to supervisor for discharge summary of services provided per regulatory and clinical requirements.
