Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group provides in-house therapy within Skilled Nursing facilities across multiple states, including Missouri. We are seeking licensed therapists to join our clinical team and deliver rehabilitative services focused on improving patient recovery and quality of life.

Must have graduated from an accredited university and hold a valid (or in process) license in the applicable state. Open to therapists at all experience levels, with a focus on evidence-based practice and collaborative

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensee, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.

$65 Hourly! Consistent Hours!

Experience/Qualifications:
