Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group in Missouri seeks qualified physical therapists to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing facilities across Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Indiana and Missouri. You will provide rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment, supervise assistants, and collaborate with families and care teams to support patient recovery.

Requires graduation from an accredited university and a valid license (or in process); all experience levels considered; Equal

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders.
• Delivers skilled therapy services to patients needing rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients and families, caregivers and other providers.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel per licensure rules.

Experience/Qualifications:

Must have graduated from an accredited University and have valid (or in process) License in appropriate state.

This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.

Some duties for this position include:

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
