Job summary

Chandler Creek Post Acute - Greer, SC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab team on a PRN basis. Under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will deliver therapy to help residents regain mobility and independence.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive PRN pay, and the supportive, team-oriented environment of our 133-bed skilled nursing facility with opportunities to work across our SC network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
• Active, unencumbered PTA license in South Carolina.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for helping patients regain independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient therapy treatments as outlined in care plans.
• Assist residents with exercises, mobility training and rehabilitation activities.
• Monitor and report patient progress to the Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation.
• Ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
