Job summary

Courtland Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center in Courtland, VA is seeking a qualified PTA to join our rehab team on a PRN basis. You will provide comprehensive physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a PT and document patient progress with accuracy.

Qualified candidates will have an accredited PTA degree and a current Virginia license, with flexibility to work various shifts. We offer competitive wages and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program (APTA-recognized).
• Current Virginia PTA license/registration required.
• Ability to work under PT supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive PT-related treatment under supervision of a PT.
• Assist PT in identifying appropriate patients for rehab.
• Document patient participation and progress with co-signature by PT.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Attend facility/rehab meetings as needed.
• Support scheduling and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
