Job summary

Armor PT, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partner, is seeking a PRN Rehab Tech (Physical Therapy Aide) to join our team in Michigan. Under supervision of the clinic staff, the Rehab Tech prepares treatment areas, assists patients, transports, and supports therapists to implement the treatment plan.

This role emphasizes reliability, communication with patients and team, and adherence to safety policies. High school diploma required; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment areas and assist therapists and assistants.
• Transport patients to and from Rehabilitation Services departments.
• Assist patients during treatments as directed by therapists.
• Communicate with patients and health care team to promote optimal care.
• Obtain equipment and supplies and prepare for use.
• Maintain a clean and orderly therapy department.
• Provide basic clerical support for front office processes.
• Support safety and comply with security standards.
