Armor PT, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partner, seeks a PRN Rehab Tech (Physical Therapy Aide) to join our team in Saint Joseph, MI. You will support therapists, prep treatment areas, transport patients, and help with clerical duties.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy clinic environment. Prior healthcare exposure is preferred, and current PT student status is welcome.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provides care per physician’s orders and plan of care.
• Transports patients to and from Rehabilitation Services.
• Prepares patients for treatment and assists therapists.
• Communicates with patients, families and health-care team.
• Obtains equipment and supplies for use.
• Maintains therapy areas in a clean, orderly condition.
• Performs clerical tasks such as reception, billing and supply orders.
• Ensures safety in the environment and adheres to safety standards.
