• Provides care per physician's orders and plan of care.
• Transports patients/clients to and from Rehabilitation Services.
• Prepares patient/client for treatment and assists staff with treatments.
• Communicates with patients, families, and health care team to promote outcomes.
• Obtains equipment, materials and supplies for use.
• Maintains therapy department in a clean and orderly condition.
• Performs routine clerical support tasks and front office duties.
• Provides a safe environment and enforces safety standards.
