Back in Motion, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partner, is seeking a Rehab Tech (Physical Therapy Aide) to join our team. The role supports therapists, prepares treatment areas, transports patients, and helps with clerical tasks to ensure smooth front office operations.

Under supervision of the Clinic Director and therapists, you will assist with treatment plans and maintain a safe, clean environment while communicating effectively with patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares treatment areas and assists therapists and assistants as directed.
• Transports patients to and from Rehabilitation Services departments.
• Assists with patient positioning and treatment setup.
• Assists with clerical tasks for front office processes as needed.
• Maintains a clean and orderly therapy department.
