Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.
• Physical Therapist License in State is required.
• BLS certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and implement medically prescribed PT treatment plans.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, set goals, and develop interventions to restore function and mobility.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies; supervise staff as needed.
