Job summary

Lifepoint Health in partnership with Dignity Health East Valley Rehabilitation Hospital in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Physical Therapist for PRN shifts. You will evaluate patients and implement medically prescribed therapy plans to restore function, reduce pain and promote mobility.

Join a team delivering individualized rehabilitation for stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury and orthopedic patients. You will educate patients and supervise assistants to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Physical Therapist License in State.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Previous experience in Rehab setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and implement prescribed physical therapy treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, establish appropriate goals, and develop personalized interventions to restore function and mobility.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and rehabilitation strategies; supervise assistants and students as needed.
