Job summary

Dignity Health East Valley Rehabilitation Hospital - Gilbert is hiring a Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and implement treatment plans tailored to individual needs. You will conduct assessments, set goals and develop personalized interventions to restore function, reduce pain and promote mobility.

You will educate patients on injury prevention and rehab strategies while supervising PT assistants and students, ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Physical Therapist License in State.
• BLS certification.
• Previous experience in Rehab setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and implement medically prescribed PT treatment plans.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, set goals and develop personalized interventions.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomics and rehab strategies.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to PT assistants and students per standards.
