Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group is seeking therapists in Missouri to provide in-house therapy within Skilled Nursing facilities. The role offers $65 hourly compensation with consistent hours and opportunities to contribute to patient recovery and quality of life.

Qualified candidates have graduated from an accredited university and hold valid licensure in the appropriate state, with open opportunities for therapists at all experience levels. AA/EEO/M/F/D/V.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.

• Offers consultation to patients, families, caregivers and other providers.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel as required by licensure.

Experience/Qualifications

Must have graduated from an accredited University and have valid (or in process) License in appropriate state.

Some Duties For This Position Include

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
