Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Facilities. You'll work closely with other clinicians to provide comprehensive rehabilitation and improve residents' quality of life.

Must be a graduate with a license in good standing. We offer a competitive pay range ($44-$55/hour), benefits, CEUs, licensure reimbursement, mentorship, and opportunities for specialty certification.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited University and have valid (or in process) License in appropriate state.
• This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards
