Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group offers in-house therapy within Skilled Nursing facilities across several states, including Texas and New Mexico. We are seeking licensed therapists to provide evidence-based, skilled rehabilitation to patients, with consistent hours and a competitive hourly rate.

Open to therapists at all experience levels; must have graduated from an accredited university and hold a current or in-process license in the appropriate state. AA/EEO/M/F/D/V.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.

• Provides consultation and counseling to patients and families related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students and support staff in line with licensure requirements.

Experience/Qualifications:

Some duties for this position include:

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.

• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.

• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.

• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.

• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards
