Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group provides in-house therapy within Skilled Nursing facilities and serves Missouri among other states. We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to deliver rehabilitative care and contribute to evidence-based treatment plans.

The role offers substantial patient interaction, collaboration with families and care teams, and opportunities to supervise support staff in accordance with licensure standards. AA/EEO/M/F/D/V.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited University and have valid (or in process) License in appropriate state.
• This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
