Job summary

Concentra in the United States is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our patient care team. You will perform supervisory duties, evaluate patients and guide them toward recovery of motor function while teaching tasks for daily living and work environments.

You will collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to ensure high quality care, document accurately, and educate patients on exercise programs and supports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Masters' Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, preferred
• Ortho-outpatient experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform supervision duties and evaluations on patients and help them improve motor functions.
• Support and encourage multidisciplinary coordination of treatment.
• Ensure proper documentation of patient care.
• Plan, design, implement and interpret PT treatment programs for patients.
• Educate patients in proper care and use of supports and exercises.
• Follow documentation/reporting procedures and HIPAA/compliance policies.
• Assist marketing staff with tours as necessary.
