Job summary

The role requires graduation from an accredited PT program and appropriate licensure; ongoing professional development and adherence to infection control and safety standards are expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
• All certifications required upon hire unless otherwise stated.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan physical therapy care in collaboration with physicians.
• Develop and evaluate plan of care with patient/family input.
• Provide education and discharge instructions; refer to community resources as appropriate.
• Document evaluations, plans of care, and treatment sessions per guidelines.
• Adhere to ethical standards, confidentiality, and infection prevention.
• Participate in meetings and mandatory education activities.
