• Gives discharge instructions and coordinates follow-up resources.
• Acts as a referral source for rehab services to staff and physicians.
• Documents each treatment session per departmental protocols.
• Completes discharge and education documentation per guidelines.
• Adheres to ethical standards, maintains confidentiality and attendance.
• Communicates effectively with all team members and attends required meetings.
• Organizes workload to complete responsibilities timely.
• Uses materials and equipment safely and cost-effectively.
• Observes infection prevention precautions.
