Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Masters, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• PT licensure required (PT) at hire.
• BLS or ARC-BLS certifications required.
• Effective communication, customer service focus, teamwork, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide physical therapy treatments.
• Implement and progress the treatment plan.
• Educate patients and families about care and discharge needs.
• Document evaluations and plans of care per guidelines.
