Qualifications

• BS in Physical Therapy required; licensed to practice in NC.
• BLS certification within 90 days of employment is required.
• New graduate eligible; clinical affiliations are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient abilities and develop personalized treatment plans with physicians.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to restore movement and reduce pain.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs and safety.
• Collaborate across disciplines for cohesive patient-centered care.
• Mentor therapy assistants and students while upholding values.
