Responsabilités

• Reassesses patient per guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to support patient care needs.
• Participates in team meetings and training of staff and students.
• Carries out and adjusts treatment plans to maximize outcomes and discharge criteria.
• Records progress and updates care plans based on testing results and guidelines.
• Educates patients and families about the recovery process.
