You will assess patients, design personalized therapy plans, and work with physicians and the care team to achieve meaningful goals and strong outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy.
• AHA Healthcare Provider CPR required.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Virginia.
• Acute care experience preferred or new graduates considered.

• Assures satisfaction of customers (patients, visitors, physicians and staff).
• Participates and understands Quality Management activities.
• Demonstrates effective communication skills.

As a Physical Therapist, you play a vital role in helping patients regain strength, restore mobility, and rebuild confidence following illness, injury, or surgery. Working closely with physicians and the care team, you’ll assess each patient’s needs and create personalized therapy plans designed around meaningful goals, active engagement, and exceptional patient outcomes.
