Job summary

Henrico, Parham & Retreat Doctors' Hospitals is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support cardiac, renal and pulmonary care teams. You will assist with patient preparation, mobility, transfers, and comfort to support smooth care and recovery.

Responsibilities include basic non-medicated care, dressing changes, maintaining clean, stocked patient areas, and coordinating supplies. You will communicate warmly with patients, families and the care team to uphold safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification within 30 days of start date.
• Previous patient care experience in a healthcare facility is preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) is preferred but not required.
