Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of relevant experience in physical therapy required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist is required upon hire.
• Basic Life Support certification is required upon hire.
• Must be a graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients using diagnostic and prognostic tests.
• Plan individualized physical therapy programs.
• Supervise patients in therapeutic exercises and procedures.
• Coordinate activities with the interdisciplinary team.
• Conduct training for medical and nursing personnel.
