Job summary

Dignity Health East Valley Rehabilitation Hospital - Gilbert is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis. You will evaluate patients and implement medically prescribed therapy plans, with focus on restoring function and reducing pain.

You will collaborate with the rehab team, supervise assistants, and document progress to ensure optimal outcomes for patients in our acute rehab setting. We offer comprehensive benefits for part-time staff, tuition assistance, and career growth

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Physical Therapist License in State.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Previous experience in Rehab setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and implement medically prescribed physical therapy treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and establish goals with personalized interventions.
• Restore function, reduce pain, prevent disability and promote mobility.
• Supervise and delegating tasks to physical therapy assistants, students, and support personnel as per clinical standards.
• Monitor progress and modify plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
