Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in Tennessee.

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and proof of automobile insurance.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, clinical, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload.

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Tennessee.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance.
• Previous home health experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, clinical, and time-management skills.
