Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 0 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals.
• Conduct physical therapy treatments, including exercises and modalities.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure seamless care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and plans.
• Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the treatment plan.
