Job summary

Concept Rehab, Inc. is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our therapy team in Ozark, Missouri. This role offers flexible scheduling and meaningful patient care within a supportive, therapist‑owned organization.

You will evaluate mobility, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians, nursing staff and families to optimize patient outcomes. Documentation and education are integral parts of daily practice.

Qualifications

• Must hold Missouri PT license.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Professional, dependable and compassionate approach.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized physical therapy services to patients.
• Evaluate mobility, strength, balance, function and positioning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, families and other members of the healthcare team.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning.
• Support restorative and functional maintenance programs.
