Job summary

Concept Rehab in Shelbina, MO is seeking a flexible PRN Physical Therapist to join a therapist-owned team serving residents in a skilled nursing setting. You will evaluate and treat a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and medical conditions and develop individualized plans to maximize function and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Missouri Physical Therapist license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Geriatric care experience preferred.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and medical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize function and independence.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete timely documentation in accordance with standards.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
