Responsibilities

• Conducts thorough physical therapy evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Administers safe and effective therapy treatments with proper documentation.
• Reassesses and adjusts treatment plans based on progress.
• Documents evaluations, plans, progress notes and billing information.
• Educates patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Operates therapy equipment safely and maintains a clean environment.
