• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts thorough physical therapy evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Administers therapy treatments and documents all interventions.
• Reassesses and adjusts plans based on patient progress and needs.
• Documents evaluations, plans, progress notes, and billing information.
• Educates patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
