• Monitors patient progress and reports to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educates patients on exercises and self-management.
• Ensures care is age-appropriate and culturally sensitive.
• Documents patient care, plans, progress notes, and discharge recommendations.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team and participates in discharge planning.
• Maintains infection control and a safe environment.
• Maintains regular attendance and complies with policies.
