Functional Pathways is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join Kendal at Lexington’s therapy team in Lexington, VA. You will evaluate and treat residents, screen and revise care plans under physician supervision, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

We value strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants. This role offers flexible PRN hours in a supportive, mission-driven environment on an 84-acre campus near downtown Lexington.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs).

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and revise the plan of care under physician supervision.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
