Functional Pathways is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join Kendal at Lexington’s therapy team in Lexington, VA. You will evaluate and treat residents, screen and revise care plans under physician supervision, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

We value strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants. This role offers flexible PRN hours in a supportive, mission-driven environment on an 84-acre campus near downtown Lexington.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs).

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Job Summary: The Physical Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Screening requirements may vary by location.
