Job summary

Lexington Health is seeking a part-time/PRN outpatient physical therapist to provide professional physical therapy services focused on restoring function after trauma or disease. The position requires SC licensure, CPR certification, and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy or higher.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy or higher; SC licensure required.
• Licensed in the State of South Carolina by the SC State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners; CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct physical therapy to patients upon referral by a physician/APP.
• Evaluates patients using PT tests and measurements (ROM, strength, functional status).
• Develops and implements PT treatment plans to restore function and relieve pain.
• Documents patient progress, discharge summaries, and treatment data; educates patients and families on home programs.
