Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state license required.
• Certification and licensure as established by state and national board associations.
• Completion of required screenings, certifications, and licensure; vary by location.

Responsibilities

• The Speech-Language Pathologist shall conduct screenings, evaluations, re-evaluations, discharge planning, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.
