Continuum Therapy Partners in Gastonia, NC is seeking a Physical Therapist for PRN daytime shifts at Peak Gastonia. The role emphasizes consistent, high-quality care with the same standards as full-time colleagues.

Requires a DPT, valid NC license, NPTE, and 1 year of experience preferred; you will evaluate, plan, and adjust treatments, educate patients and families, and document progress.

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
• Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and active state license; NPTE must be passed.
