Job summary

Peak Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehab team on a PRN basis. You will assess, treat, and educate patients to restore strength, mobility, and function, while documenting progress and coordinating discharge planning with the rehab team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current PT license in good standing.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Document treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
