Centerpoint Medical Center is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to develop and implement individualized therapy plans across Acute, Inpatient Rehab, and Outpatient settings. The role includes supervising therapy staff and collaborating with the care team to maximize patient outcomes.

Qualified candidates will hold a PT degree with licensure eligibility, strong communication skills, and a commitment to compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy; Master’s degree preferred.
• Current State license or license eligible.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• BCLS from American Heart Association.
• New grads accepted.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and set goals for PT in Acute, Inpatient Rehab, or Outpatient.
• Coordinate treatment with other clinical/therapeutic services.
• Develop and adjust treatment goals to maximize outcomes.
• Deliver care and modify plans based on patient needs.
• Educate patients, families, students, and colleagues.
