Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group seeks licensed physical therapy professionals to deliver skilled therapy in a dynamic rehabilitation setting. Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited University and hold a valid state license.

• Experience with rehabilitation and physical therapy interventions.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families and caregivers.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements.

Continuum Rehab Group provides in-house therapy with Skilled Nursing facilities in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Indiana and Missouri!

$60-$65 DOE! Consistent Hours!

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards
